Dont really get what's so fun about oval tracks.
Even if those rednecks say you need "skill" for the racing.
That's besides the point really.
I have more fun watching DTM/WTCC/F1/GP2 etc etc
It's all set up for the fans. The high banking lets you run at
the same speed as the other drivers around you and keeps everyone
close, which increases overtaking opportunities and also
the risk of crashing.
